 Why should I join the

From the comfort of your home or office request your favorite book and have it delivered at your home/office. No traffic-jams, parking challenges, plain pleasure of reading.

List your favorites and read at leisure. Gone are the days when you stocked the books in your bookshelf, which you wanted to read in future. Now you don’t stock the books you queue them in your virtual bookshelf at and receive books as you finish reading earlier ones. No stocking of expensive books, no clutter of read and unread books in you bookshelf.

 How membership works?
Becoming a member of is as simple as opening an email account or joining a local health club. Fill up a simple form online or offline at kiosk. Choose one of the various subscription plans. Pay subscription fee and there you go.

Borrowing books is no different from filling up a shopping cart – queue your preferred books. We would start shipping the books within 48-72 hours of your queue “My Queue” reaching its minimum threshold of 10 books. The books are shipped basis two parameters – priority set by the member and availability of the book. The dispatch of books are intimated over email / SMS.

Returning a book is as simple as borrowing books just go online and register a request for pickup or call our customer care. While we pick-up the books you have already read, the next set of book(s) from “My Queue” is/are delivered.

Upgrading/downgrading a plan is as simple as ordering Pizza toppings. You can request changes online or by calling customer care, we would take care of your request. Any changes in plan would be applicable from next billing cycle after adjustment of differential amount.

Withdrawal of membership has to be as hassle free as subscribing to a membership. Simply write an email or make a phone call to our customer care we would take care of the rest, no questions asked (although we would prefer to have your valuable feedback on our services and your experience). We would refund the security deposit and prorata subscription fee held with us (calculated from subsequent billing cycle) within 15 days of receiving all books from member and after deducting plan charges, if any. The refund is done through cheque payment.
 How do I pay for my subscription?

Choose your mode of payment after selecting a suitable plan. You can pay online through credit card, debit cards and cash cards (coming soon). You can also request us to pick-up cheque or cash (cheque preferred) towards the subscription fees.
